We are delighted to announce that this year, D-Tech will be attending the Libraries Connected Show!
Taking place across two days, this year, the seminar focuses on the theme of connecting communities and explores how libraries can help individuals reach their full potential and how libraries can overcome division and polarisation.
With a list of impressive guest speakers secured for the event, the show aims to bring together professionals, academics and businesspeople from the library industry.
This year, we’ll be giving attendees the chance to get a first look at our brand-new smart lockers. As part of the new SMART range, our smart lockers combine style with state-of-the-art technology to deliver an intelligent and ultra-secure storage solution to suit any requirements.
Libraries Connected will take place from June 20th– June 21st at Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire. We’ll be showcasing our brand-new cutting-edge Smart Locker system and other products from the RFID range. Come by for product demonstrations, to ask questions, or for just a chat and we’ll be happy to talk about how you can improve your patron experience.
The show promises to be an exciting event with over 150 library leaders from across the UK attending over the two-day seminar making it the perfect opportunity to find practical inspiration from esteemed speakers which include; Lyusyena Shum, Executive Director of the “Library Country” Charitable Foundation, Professor Lee Elliot Major, Professor of Social Mobility, University of Exeter, Andrew Laird, Managing Director, Mutual Ventures, and Ruth Carlyle, Head of Knowledge and Library Services, Health Education England.
