Therefore they are always working alongside our in-house development team to increase our remote support capabilities, with our latest self-service software iNNOVATE allowing D-Tech support to remotely diagnose and solve problems with active installations, often before our customers have noticed issues themselves.
This not only allows our customers faster access to our expert support, but also reduces unnecessary travel.
However, whenever you do require on-site support, our expert team of friendly engineers will be right there with you! When providing in-person support, we ensure our D-Tech engineers car-share wherever possible to minimise environmental impact. We also support our staff in flexible working, and provide a secure hybrid working environment to reduce the carbon footprint of each member of our team.
