The robust, stand-alone kiosk integrates RFID self-service capability with automated pickup lockers to deliver a complete solution to fulfil your library’s self-service needs.

Why holdIT PLUS?

holdIT Plus allows patrons to take control of their own library experience. Providing them with the ability to reserve, collect, and even check-out new library items from one user-friendly kiosk. No more long queues and waiting times, just easily accessible learning materials, as and when required.

The safe and secure internal locker space allows for storage of various sized items, allowing guests to store and collect multiple items at their convenience. Receipts of loans will be emailed to the patron after check-out, helping librarians to track products and users manage their returns.

The new capabilities offered by holdIT PLUS even allow libraries to extend opening hours and facilitate 24/7 library services instantly. The kiosk’s secure lockers allow holdIT PLUS to be located in un-staffed sections of the library to give patrons round the clock access to reservations.
