Here at D-Tech, we pride ourselves on the level of service and quality of aftercare we provide for all customers. That’s why we love receiving customer feedback.
Of course, we particularly love reading the positive feedback, which makes up the vast majority of what we receive from our customers (our customer satisfaction rate during the past six months stands at over 90%).
However, as much as we hate receiving it, it is the occasional negative feedback which has more impact on the way D-Tech does business. It is the experiences of these few customers that create our opportunities to keep improving what we do, the products we produce, and the services we provide. When customers tell us that we need to do better, it drives us to keep getting better! And then better again, and again, until that customer satisfaction score hits 100%!
