As the coronavirus crisis continues to develop, we wanted to give you some assurances relating to your work with us here at D-Tech International and what we are doing to ensure business usual for our clients.
D-Tech is committed to an evidence-led and common-sense approach to containing the coronavirus outbreak and mitigating its impact on employees, customers, and our wider business operations.
D-Tech’s top priorities are, and always will be, the welfare of our employees and customers, as well as maintaining a high level of service and performance. We will be guided in decision-making by WHO and UK Government Health Advice throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Can D-Tech provide remote customer support?
Our remote support team have full capability to operate ‘business as usual’ from a remote location.
How will D-Tech continue to provide on-site support?
D-Tech will strive to continue to send our site engineers to deal with necessary on-site support requests. Dependent on:
- WHO and UK Government Health Advice
- Health Condition of Facility
- Health Condition of Individual Engineers – due to the expertise and training of our site-engineers, we regret that site visits may be delayed or limited in the event that our engineer pool is reduced or parts are required
- In the event that a site engineer is unable to attend an urgent service situation D-Tech will where possible endeavour to have any replacement parts delivered directly to site and provide detailed remote instructions for replacement in-house
- Site visits may be delayed or limited in the event that required parts are held up by supply chain
We recognise that the situation will continue to evolve, and we remain committed to monitor the outbreak, update risk assessments and plans, and provide regular communications based on the latest Government and World Health Organisation guidelines.
