Like so many public libraries, Reading Borough Libraries has been challenged with the task of providing the best possible service it can, within a significantly reduced budget. Meeting that challenge head on, library closures have been avoided through smart management. Part of that initiative led to D-Tech International installing sixteen library self-service kiosks across the libraries. We are also installing RFID security gates at Reading’s Central Library.
