How does a library user returnIT?

1. A library user places the item they wish to return into the returnIT slot.

2. The returnIT then automatically recognises whether the book belongs to your library.

3. If the answer is yes, the hatch opens and the book is successfully returned, marked as checked in, and, because returnIT integrates with your existing LMS, is discharged from the user’s account.

4. If the answer is no, the hatch remains closed and the user then hopefully returns it to the correct library provider.
