18 serveIT TOLKIEN’s installed in Newcastle Public Libraries
D-Tech International are pleased to announce that they have recently been appointed to supply eighteen self-service kiosks in a collection of libraries across Newcastle upon Tyne.
Patrons of fourteen public libraries throughout Newcastle will now have access to D-Tech’s smaller, more accessible self-service unit – the serveIT TOLKIEN. With the help of the kiosks integrated card payment devices, patrons will be able to pay any existing fines and fees without hassle.
The serveIT TOLKIEN has been built with the environment in mind. As standard, each unit offers email receipts to help reduce its overall carbon footprint without compromising on quality.
James Elby, UK Sales Manager at D-Tech International, said; “We’re delighted that patrons of Newcastle will now have access to self-service using our serveIT TOLKIEN kiosks. D-Tech International are delivering the next generation of self-service, including increased functionality, capability and accessibility, ensuring all patrons can have an enjoyable and intuitive user experience.”
